IT Project Manager
ServiceNow Workstream 2 Delivery

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of our ServiceNow Workstream 2 project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project's scope, stakeholders, and implementation across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders from order management and network engineering to gather requirements, manage scope, and set expectations.
- Work closely with the architecture team (DG and system integrator) to ensure proper design creation, while following technical details managed by the architecture team.
- Organize implementation in agile sprints with the SI development team, including backlog creation, prioritization, and capacity planning.
- Coordinate with the end-to-end testing/QA team for implementation approval.
- Report project progress to the DG program/business unit management.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven track record of managing complex IT transformation projects in the telco environment, involving offshore teams and systems integrators.
Strong understanding of (fiber) network architecture, modeling network inventory systems, and implementing fulfillment processes.
Knowledge of relevant ServiceNow modules, particularly TNI and OMT, ideally combined with knowledge about the TMF framework (an advantage).
Experience in integrating network element managers supplied by vendors
